Getting involved

Whether you are considering donating an artefact, want to volunteer your time or feel you could contribute as a Trustee, the Pumphouse would like to talk to you.

As a registered charity, the Pumphouse is continually seeking new funding to help maintain and improve its activities. Donations in cash and kind help our projects to deliver much needed services to young and
old alike.

It could be the broad smile of a child discovering for the first time the variety of insects that live in the pond. It might be the look of joy as an older person remembers a moment of their youth as they are shown a familiar tool from the past. Then there are the visitors, both from the UK and abroad, who come to enjoy the history on display of the local area.

At the Pumphouse we believe this work makes a positive difference to the lives of the people it touches.
